The British Association of Landscaping Industries awarded Planters Horticulture with yet another BALI award on 7th December 2012, for their Installation of Interior Landscaping. The esteemed award capped off yet another successful year for Planters, the largest interior landscaping firm in the United Arab Emirates. The BALI awards are the benchmark of quality and professional achievement for landscaping services, and this achievement marks Planters 10th award from the prestigious ceremony since 2002.

Planters were presented with the award for the interior landscaping of the famous Hilton Hotel Apartments in Dubai. The luxurious apartments required a modern and minimalistic interior planting design in order to compliment the clean lines present within the Hilton's interior. A natural, relaxed atmosphere was successfully created, providing a tranquil environment for all guests staying at the hotel. Planters' award-winning interior design included 260 plant displays in individual rooms, public spaces, the lobby, swimming pool and on the restaurant terrace.

Jonathan Pardoe, the Director of Planters, said: "Our remit was to produce a natural environment feel to help relax guests, and we achieved this by placing an emphasis on green foliage, with plants and containers selected to complement and echo the high-quality surroundings of the hotel interior."

The BALI awards ceremony was hosted by Huw Edwards, presenter of the BBC News at Ten. The ceremony included a gala dinner for 750 landscaping professionals, which took place at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel on London's Park Lane on 7th December 2012.
