Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Planters Horticulture Referral Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.Eligibility

• The Program is open to existing Planters Horticulture clients and contacts aged 18 or above.
  
• Employees of Planters Horticulture and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How It Works

• A Referrer is an individual or company who refers a new client to Planters Horticulture.
  
• A Referred Client is a new client who has not previously engaged Planters Horticulture services.
  
• To qualify, the Referred Client must:
  
  • Sign a contract for eligible services with Planters Horticulture.
    
  • Fulfill payment obligations under that contract.
    

3. Rewards

• Referrers will receive a one-off credit equal to the total contract value signed by the Referred Client, up to a maximum of AED 2,000.
  
• The credit will be applied as a monthly discount distributed over the remaining months of the Referrer’s active Planters Horticulture service contract.
  
• Credits are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
  
• Rewards are issued only after the Referred Client has signed the contract and completed the first payment.

4. Limits

• There is no cap on the number of referrals a Referrer may submit.
  
• In case multiple Referrers refer the same client, the reward will be given to the first Referrer whose referral is successfully registered in our system.

5. Program Modifications

• Planters Horticulture reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  
• Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately.
  ‍
  

6. General

• Planters Horticulture reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referrals and Referrers.
  
• Abuse of the Program (e.g., self-referrals, fraudulent details) may result in disqualification.
  
• By participating, you agree that Planters Horticulture’s decision on all matters relating to the Program is final and binding.
