The W Hotel came to us after a long period of gradual deterioration across their landscape. This had been witnessed through the DLP and also during Covid-19.
The word maintenance is actually a poor description of what Planters do. We explained to the Engineering Director and General Manager our philosophy of improvement and enhancement over time to ensure that landscapes are an asset which property owners see appreciate in value.
Less than 6 months into the contract we had made a significant positive impact on the property and therefore the guest experience.
Our work still continues as we collaborate with the W Hotel to ensure continued development of their exterior landscape through exceptional maintenance services.
